Focus and Scope

Jurnal Pro Justitia (JPJ) is a peer-reviewed scientific law journal published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Mitra Indonesia. The journal aims to provide full open access to its content as part of its commitment to supporting the global exchange of knowledge and ensuring that research findings are freely accessible to the public. JPJ is published twice a year, in February and August.

The focus and scope of Jurnal Pro Justitia (JPJ) include, but are not limited to, the following areas:

Open Access Policy

Jurnal Pro Justitia (JPJ) provides immediate open access to all of its content. The journal follows the principle that making research freely available to the public supports the dissemination and exchange of knowledge globally. All published articles can be accessed online without subscription or access fees, enabling researchers, academics, legal practitioners, students, and the general public to benefit from the research published by the journal.

All articles published in Jurnal Pro Justitia (JPJ) are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles without prior permission from the publisher or the author, provided the original work is properly cited.

Jurnal Pro Justitia (JPJ) is an open-access peer-reviewed scientific law journal published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Mitra Indonesia. It was established to serve as an authoritative platform for disseminating high-quality research findings, legal studies, and scholarly works in legal science and related disciplines.
