Pengaruh Pengingat Pesan Singkat (SMS) Terhadap Kepatuhan Minum Obat Pasien Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2: Literatur review

Abstract


Pendahuluan : Diabetes mellitus adalah penyakit kronis yang dapat menimbulkan komplikasi yang serius bila tidak dikelola dengan baik dan benar. Adapun cara yang baik untuk mengendalikan komplikasi ini adalah dengan mengikuti atau  patuh obat. Dengan  sytem SMS dapat efektif, karena dapat menghapus kendala waktu, tempat dan dapat membina hubungan yang baik anata perawat dengan klien.

Tujuan : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh layanan pengingat sytem pesan singkat ( SMS ) pada  kepatuhan terhadap  konsumsi obat pada  pasien Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2

Metode : Metode yang digunakan adalah metode electronic data base,dengan pencarian 10 jurnal nasional maupun internasional dengan menggunakan melalui : Proquest, Clinicalkey dan Google Scolar, dari tahun 2016 - 2021, dengan kata kunci Diabetes; Kepatuhan Obat; Pengingat SMS.

Hasil Hasil: dengan menelaah dan review 10 jurnal pilihan, maka dapat kesimpulan bahwa Pengaruh layanan pengingat  system pesan  singkat (SMS) pada  kepatuhan terhadap  konsumsi obat pada  pasien Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2 yaitu 90 % mengatakan adanya pengaruh SMS terhadap kepatuahn minum obat dan 10 % tidak ada pengaruh SMS terhadap kepatuhan minum obat.

Rekomendasi: Manuskrip Pengaruh layanan pengingat  system pesan  singkat (SMS) pada  kepatuhan terhadap  konsumsi obat pada  pasien Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2 dapat di kenal lebih oleh berbagai pihak khususnya pasien DM tipe 2 yang beradah maupun ke daerah yang sangat terpencil. Adanya penelitian lanjutan yang lebih luas membahas manuskrip Pengaruh layanan pengingat  system pesan  singkat (SMS) pada  kepatuhan terhadap  konsumsi obat pada  pasien Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2
