Pengaruh Kombinasi Pijat Punggung dan Listening Theraphy terhadap Produksi Air Susu Ibu Pada Ibu Pasca Salin di Yogyakarta
Abstract
Proses pemberian Air Susu Ibu (ASI) bisa menjadi tidak mudah bagi seorang ibu, produksi ASI sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor kejiwaan karena perasaan ibu dapat menghambat pengeluaran hormon oksitosin yang berperan dalam prosuksi ASI, bila ibu dalam keadaan tertekan, sedih, kurang percaya diri dan berbagai bentuk ketegangan emosional dapat menurunkan produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi pijat punggung dan Listening Therapy terhadap produksi ASI ibu pasca salin. Dengan desain penelitian quasi experimental with post test-only non equivalent group design. Jumlah sampel adalah 40 ibu postpartum, dibagi kedalam dua kelompok, kelompok kontrol (20) dan kelompok intervensi (20). Temuan dari penelitian ini, pada analis bivariat ditemukan bahwa intervensi kombinasi pijat punggung dan listening therapy tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara statistik dengan produksi ASI (p>0,05) RR 3,273. Namun pada analisis multivariat ditemukan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pemberian intervensi dengan produksi ASI (p<0,05) RR 13,790. Frekuensi menyusui dan paritas merupakan confounding terhadap kelancaran produksi ASI, AOR frekuensi menyusui 9,289 dan AOR paritas 4,750. Simpulan dari penelitian ini, pemberian intervensi kombinasi pijat punggung dan listening therapy memiliki peluang 13,8 kali untuk terjadinya ASI lancar dibandingkan dengan intervensi pijat punggung saja, kemudian frekuensi menyusui dan paritas berkontribusi terhadap kelancaran produksi ASI ibu postpartum. Diharapkan Puskesmas dapat membuat suatu kebijakan mengenai pemberian terapi komplementer untuk membantu ibu postpartum yang berkaitan dengan produksi ASI, terutama bagi ibu postpartum yang beresiko memiliki ASI tidak lancar.
