Abstract

Knowledge management is a critical component of success for modern organizations, especially in the face of rapidly evolving information landscapes. The application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Information Technology (IT) offers innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency of knowledge management processes. This study aims to examine the role of AI and IT in accelerating the identification, storage, and distribution of knowledge within organizations. Using a qualitative approach through literature review and analysis of AI-based systems, it was found that technologies such as natural language processing, chatbots, and intelligent database management systems can significantly speed up information flow and reduce knowledge duplication. The results indicate that collaboration between humans and AI-driven systems strengthens strategic decision-making and fosters a continuous learning ecosystem within the organization. These findings suggest that digitalizing knowledge management through AI and IT not only improves technical efficiency but also drives cultural shifts towards a more adaptive and data-driven work environment.
