Analisis Kemampuan Manajemen dan Strategi Bisnis Terhadap Peningkatan Hasil Penjualan Dalam Perspektif Bisnis Syariah (Studi Pada UMKM Gerabah Erri Art Desa Negara Ratu, Natar, Lampung Selatan)

Abstract


This research aims to analyze management capabilities and business strategies to increase sales results from a sharia business perspective in Erri Art pottery MSMEs, Negara Ratu village, Natar, South Lampung. This research is qualitative research with data collection methods in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. Primary data was obtained directly from sources through interviews with the owner of the Erri Art pottery MSME business. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from various references related to research. The results of this research show that the management capabilities applied to Erri Art pottery MSMEs focus on quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness to produce product quality and final product results and the implementation of business strategies emphasizing the advantages of product differentiation, low cost and focus strategy for success. operations to increase sales and income. Erri Art pottery MSMEs also run their business by implementing sharia business ethics standards which are based on the principles of taqwa, aqshid, khimad and trust. Through the application of these principles, Erri Art pottery MSMEs have succeeded in building a strong reputation with customers as a trusted producer of pottery products. Keywords: Management Ability, Business Strategy, Increased Sales Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan manajemen dan strategi bisnis terhadap peningkatan hasil penjualan dalam perspektif bisnis syariah pada UMKM gerabah Erri Art desa negara ratu, natar, Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data primer diperoleh langsung dari narasumber melalui wawancara bersama pemilik usaha UMKM gerabah Erri Art. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari berbagai refrensi yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kemampuan manajemen yang diterapkan pada UMKM gerabah Erri Art berfokus pada kualitas, kuantitas, ketepatan waktu, efektivitas untuk menghasilkan kualitas produk dan hasil produk akhir dan penerapan strategi bisnis menekankan pada keunggulan differentiation produk, low cost dan focus strategy dalam kesuksesan operasional untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan pendapatan. UMKM gerabah Erri Art juga menjalankan bisnisnya dengan menerapkan standar etika bisnis syariah yang berlandaskan prinsip taqwa, aqshid, khimad, dan amanah. Melalui penerapan prinsip-prinsip ini UMKM gerabah Erri Art berhasil membangun reputasi yang kuat dengan pelanggan sebagai produsen produk gerabah yang terpercaya. Kata kunci : Kemampuan Manajemen, Strategi Bisnis, Peningkatan Penjualan
