HUBUNGAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DENGAN TINGKAT KEPUASAN PASIEN POST OPERASI

Abstract


Background: The hospital's duty as a health service institution is to provide quality health services and be responsible to the community, particularly in its coverage area. The quality of hospital services is significant in health service organizations. Increasing public awareness about health and health services encourages every health hospital to ensure that quality services are in its every service. Quality health services are health services that can meet patient expectations. To meet the expectations, the management must strive to guarantee the quality of their services. A good hospital provides quality care for patients according to standards. Implementation of the standards may improve their sense of safety, comfort, and satisfaction leading to recovery process. Purpose: This research determines the relationship between the quality of nursing services and the degree of post-operative patient satisfaction. Methodes: The research is an explanatory survey with a cross-sectional design. The study was conducted at Yukum Medical Center Hospital from March until April 2023. The sample was 100 post-operative inpatients selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire to measure the scale of patient satisfaction and the scale of the care service system. Result: didapatkan hasil p-value = 0,000 ɑ (<0,05). Conclusion: there is a relationship between service quality and post-operative patient satisfaction.
