Publication Ethics
Ethics publication of Indonesian Journal of Nursing (JIKPI)
Jurnal Is One of the journals under the auspices of the research institute and community of indonesian partner universities bandar lampung which is in a row since 20202 with an initial issue in March. Jikpi is a scientific journal published on-line and publishes scientific articles or works of research in the field of nursing
This statement of the scientific code of conduct is a statement of the code of ethics of all parties involved in the publication process of this scientific journal, namely the manager, editor, bestari partner, and author. The Code of Ethics of Scientific Publications essentially upholds three ethical values in publications, namely (i) Neutrality, which is free from conflicts of interest in the management of publications; (ii) Justice, i.e. granting authorship rights to the author; and (iii) Honesty, i.e. free from duplication, fabrication, falsification, and plagiarism in publications.
Publisher's Responsibilities
1. Jikpi Journal Publisher is responsible for publishing manuscripts that after going through the process of editing, reviewing, and layout in accordance with the rules of publication of Scientific Journals.
2. Jikpi Journal Publisher is responsible for ensuring academic freedom for editors and Partners in carrying out their respective duties.
3. Jikpi Journal Publisher is responsible for maintaining privacy and protecting intellectual property and copyright, and editorial freedom.
Editor's Responsibility
1. The editor of JIKPI Journal is responsible for deciding which manuscripts are eligible to be published through a meeting of the board of editors referring to the prevailing legal requirements regarding defamation, copyright infringement, duplication, data fabrication, data falsification and plagiarism.
2. In the process of reviewing and receiving the manuscript, the editorial team of JIKPI Journal is based on the principle of equality of treatment in decision-making to publish the manuscript by not distinguishing the author's race, gender, religion, ethnicity, nationality, or political ideology.
3. The editor and editorial team of JIKPI Journal will not disclose any information about the incoming manuscript or manuscript except with the author's permission.
4. Unpublished manuscripts will not be used by jikpi journal editors for their own purposes and will be returned directly to the author.
Mitrabestari Responsibilities
Mitrabestari Jurnal JIKPI assists editors in making editorial decisions on incoming manuscripts
1. Mitrabestari Jurnal JIKPI is responsible for the recommendations of the manuscripts it studied.
2. The study of the manuscript is done objectively, and supported by clear arguments.
3. Mitrabestari Jurnal JIKPI is responsible for citations, references, duplication, data fabrication, data falsification and plagiarism of the manuscripts it studied.
4. Mitrabestari Jurnal JIKPI must always maintain the confidentiality of information and not use the information from the manuscript it studied for personal gain/ interest.
Author's Responsibility
1. The author must present the manuscript of the results of his thoughts or research clearly, honestly, and without duplication, data fabrication, data falsification and plagiarism.
2. The author is responsible for the confirmation submitted for the manuscript that has been written.
3. The author must show a reference to the opinions and work of others quoted
4. The author must write the manuscript ethically, honestly and responsibly, in accordance with the applicable scientific writing regulations (according to the jikpi journal template).
The author does not object if the script undergoes editing in the process of review and layout without changing the subtansi or the main idea of the writing
